1. Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, it is not required, but creating an account will allow our system to record your information, saving you time by not having to enter details when shopping. You can register now, and there will be a discount for newcomers on your first purchase.

2. Is there discount for the first registration?

Yes, there will be a 15% discount on the first order after registering as our member.

3. When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, processing time may be slightly longer on weekends and public holidays

4. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. You may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

5. What are your delivery times?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. For full details on delivery timescales based on your location, please see our shipping page. During our busier period such as Sale, Black Friday and Christmas, this may be extended. Poor weather may also cause disruption to our delivery lead times

6. Can I amend and cancel my order?

Within 24 hours after you place an order, if you need to modify the order or cancel the order, you can contact customer service to help you cancel the order, if the order has been shipped, it is recommended that you contact customer service or logistics company to return the package after receiving the goods

7. When will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund first time once we have received the returned package and check that. All refunds should be processed within 15 days, if you have not received your refund in this time, please contact our customer service with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate the package

8. Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?

You can check the order status in “My Account”, before the order is sent out, you can contact our customer service to modify the address. Unfortunately, the address may not be modified after the product is shipped. If you are in a hurry, you can choose the correct address to re-order order, and contact our customer service or logistics to return the package with the wrong address.

Our products are 100% free shipping, please don't worry about the shipping cost.

12. Who will pay for the return order?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping costs,and specific fare should be based on the express company.
